Financing Cosmetic Surgery

Dr. Stein participates with Medicare, Blue Cross/Blue Shield & PPOM. If your surgery is a covered benefit, determined by your insurance company, we will submit your claims to your insurance company as a courtesy. Most policies require you meet your deductible and your co-pay responsibility. We suggest that you contact your insurance company if you have any questions about your coverage. Care Credit

We participate in Care Credit. Care Credit offers convenient,low-cost financing for procedures not covered by your insurance. You can apply online for financing by using this convenient link to their website. 

Deposits

Cosmetic surgery booking requires a deposit to hold the surgery date and payment is due in full prior to surgery, regardless of insurance benefits. Any reimbursement to you is determined on an individual basis. Surgery, facility and anesthesia fee details are determined at the time of your consultation. We accept cash, Care Credit, check, Visa or MasterCard.
